SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY
When will my shipment arrive?
1.Domestic shipping within Spain (Peninsula)
Standard: 48-72h within business days - 4,50 €
Delivery periods begin 24 hours following the time of purchase. Business days are understood as being Monday to Friday and non-public holidays. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded from delivery periods. We are closed on national, regional and local holidays, as well as those where our warehouse/logistics centre is located in Barcelona, Spain.
During sales periods, Christmas campaigns and/or special promotions, shipping times may be longer than usual. Potential delays in delivery can occur for several reasons including unforeseen circumstances, force majeure and when the delivery area is a rural or remote area.
Unless there are circumstances arising from customisation of the products, or unexpected or extraordinary circumstances, we will ship orders within the time indicated on the website for the selected delivery method, and in any event, within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of the Order Confirmation. If, after the established deadline, you have not received your package, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and include your order number so we can process your request.

3. International shipments
Rates and delivery times for international shipments vary by country and shipping method. Once you have selected the products you would like to purchase and the type of shipment, shipping costs will appear before processing the payment of your order.
International shipments usually take an average of 10-20 business days. Once your order is processed, the transport company we selected for your country will contact you and provide you with a tracking number and estimated delivery date. Please keep in mind that it is your responsibility to know the customs regulations related to these types of products in the country where you have requested the shipment. You will be the person responsible for the duties and / or taxes of your country, if applicable, which are generally charged when the order is delivered. The customer assumes the risk of any product confiscated or opened at customs.
How can I track my order?
After your payment is authorized, you will receive an email with the order number. From this moment you can check the status of your order in the "My Orders" section of your Wisdom Apothecary account. Once sent, you will receive an email informing you that your order is dispatched from our warehouse that includes a tracking number and link. Through this link you will be able to know the status and location of your order at all times.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
How can I make a return?
Returns in Spain and Europe
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of return items. The return period is 15 days from the date of the shipment confirmation. The products must be returned unopened and in perfect condition. We will not reimburse any products that are damaged or opened.
Returns should be sent to the following address. Please remember to include your order number so that we can identify your return once it arrives at our facilities:

Wisdom Apothecary is not responsible for delivery of returned products. Refunds will not be processed in case of loss of the product or returns received after the deadline.
Returns for international orders (outside EU)
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders shipped outside the European Union unless the merchandise is defective. All international sales are final. For more information on international returns, please email email@example.com . If your refund is accepted, we will refund the items returned minus the original shipping charge.
What should I do if I receive a defective product?
If, exceptionally, you have received a defective item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and send us photos of the product so that we can evaluate the defects and provide a solution. If we confirm the defect, we will accept an exchange or return according to your preference.
What is the repayment period?
Refunds will be made in the same payment method that you used when processing the order, in a maximum of 15 days, depending on the bank and the method of payment used.
Can I use your products while pregnant?
Mama’s Sacred Milk is the only formula not recommended during pregnancy.
Can you guarantee the effectiveness of your products?
Our formulas were created with knowledge of the centuries-old traditional use of medicinal plants in Europe. Each plant was selected because it has specific properties with multiple studies proving them. Even so, each woman can react differently to a particular formula, so we cannot guarantee that they work the same way for all women. Why do extracts contain alcohol? Can it be dangerous for me, or for my baby?
The use of alcohol in herbal tinctures is very common! The most effective tinctures use alcohol because it extracts and preserves the plants’ medicinal properties very well. We only use organic-certified alcohol and the dilution is so small that it does not have any harmful effect for you or your baby.
How can I know if there is any interaction between your products and another medical treatment?
Any questions about your health and the administration of nutritional supplements based on medicinal plants should be consulted with your doctor. It is your responsibility to discuss the possible interactions of herbal supplements and any medication you may be taking with your doctor.
