We recommend taking one or two sitz baths daily during the first few days after giving birth.
Boil 3 tablespoons per 2 liters of water for 10 minutes, strain and apply the sitz bath for about 5 minutes once the infusion has cooled. It can also be used by soaking a cotton or linen cloth in the tisane and applying it directly to the affected area.
